The past six months at CoreCommerce have been an exciting time. Following the December 2015 acquisition of the company, the CoreCommerce team has been working hard - implementing a new roadmap for software development, adding new sales and marketing staff, and revolutionizing our customer support and onboarding programs.

After months of hard work, we are proud to introduce the new CoreCommerce website. Not only does the site have a refreshed and energized look and feel, but the content has been revised and restructured to provide, what we hope is, a superior browsing experience. In conjunction with the roll out of the new site, we are introducing new programs and services that we believe will bring great value to our current and future customers.

 Brand New, Easy-to-Navigate Blog

 The new CoreCommerce blog is a great resource for our customers. Each week, the marketing team publishes top notch content that aims to help you better run and support your online business. With tips for marketing your products and services, updates on industry trends and news, and monthly recaps of CoreCommerce software updates and new product or service offerings, the blog is an excellent way for customers to stay connected and up-to-date in an ever evolving industry. Subscribe to the blog and get weekly or monthly email newsletters containing blog content in order to take full advantage of this valuable resource.

New Customer Support and Onboarding Programs

In conjunction with the release of the new website, we are proud to introduce new customer support and onboarding programs, including:

  • Free 45-minute “Power Your Platform” consultation. All new and existing customers are now offered the opportunity to schedule a consultation with a customer success coach for this free 45-minute consultation. The CoreCommerce software platform integrates with an extensive array of third party applications. Many of our customers are not aware of how they can fully take advantage of these integrations. Did you know that switching your payment processor can save your business hundreds or thousands of dollars each year? Did you know that CoreCommerce integrates with a number of marketing tools like Add This and Constant Contact? Did you know that we are rolling out new integrations every day that can streamline your business and save you time, such as our brand new integration with ShipStation, which will roll out in the next couple of weeks?   • 30-minute onboarding session. All new customers are now provided the opportunity to speak with an onboarding coach to address common questions that arise during the store set up process. These sessions are guided by customer questions with the aim of making store set up as seamless and easy as possible.
  • Build Assist Service. For new customers who would like to outsource store set up, we now offer Build Assist Service. CoreCommerce techs perform basic store set up tasks for a very affordable fee.
  • My CCTech Tasks. Additionally, for one time tasks that customers would like to outsource, we have now provided a framework for outsourcing those tasks. Customers can now schedule tasks they’d like our techs to complete for $50/hr.

New Payment Services Partnerships

Over the past few months, CoreCommerce has been building partnerships with a number of preferred payment processors, including CardConnect, EVO International and Sage Payments. As a result, we can now offer CoreCommerce discounted card processing rates and easy-to-understand fees. We believe these relationships will save you hundreds or thousands each year in payment processing fees. We are also adding tokenization, allowing your most loyal customers to have a token, versus the actual card number, which makes it fast and easy for repeat orders.
